Note: When you apply and subscribe to the Loan by selecting one of the amounts above an initial fee of £75 will be processed. Your loan payments will then commence one month later and will continue throughout the duration of the loan.

Larger Loans

For loans above Qi 96,000 (£34,560) you must be a homeowner. We do not require additional security / collateral from you for loans below Qi 275,000 (£99,000). For loans above Qi 275,000 (£99,000) we will require security / collateral in the form of property or other assets. If you are an institutional investor and wish to enquire about larger amounts note that we will only allow a maximum of Qi 9,000,000 as a loan which must be backed by an acceptable form of collateral. If you require larger quantities than are shown below, you have to multiply the quantity to achieve what require when you checkout. We decided to issue the loans in the quantities and multiples shown below, so any application amount will have to be a multiple of these numbers.

Note that when the transaction here is complete we will direct you to a loan application form to complete. You must complete it and enclose your cryptocurrency wallet’s public address so that we can confirm your eligibility. We will then ensure that the Qi Loan is processed expediently.

An administration/application fee of Qi 208.33 - £75 is payable when the subscription is made. If the loan is not approved for any reason, any and all fees paid will be refunded in full. Please ensure that you read the full terms and conditions before proceeding.

We will also inform you of the procedure you will need to follow to satisfy KYC, AML and CFT regulations.

You can select to repay the Loan by either interest only or principal and interest repayment methods. Note if you select the interest only option after the term of the loan has ended you will still be required to repay the capital borrowed.
